PEI Crystal

$0.00

Another hop from the noble family tree that produces a more expanded palate of flavours - including fruity, and floral aromas. Classic noble character is present also with some woody and peppery aromas being notable.

We`ve found that PEI crystal does have a slightly expanded fruity note and has consistently produced subtle citrus with some underpinning fieldberry. In our pilot brewing program this hop has performed well in easy drinking ales, and in north american versions of classic lagerbier styles with lower bitterness levels.
